Established in 2016, X Is Possible, LLC is a Black-owned, woman-owned personal and professional development company that provides individual and group coaching, and facilitates leadership programs. X Is Possible, LLC also provides management consulting services to socially-responsible organizations in the areas of change management, leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion strategy.

X Is Possible, LLC is a personal and professional development company that provides individual and group coaching, virtual training, and mastermind experiences focused on common goal areas, including career advancement, entrepreneurship, travel and personal finances. Clients benefit from in-depth strategies and peer support to help them achieve their goals quickly. The X Is Possible team guides its clients to identify their goals, determine their strengths, and develop realistic goals to excel in various areas of life. We work together to identify roadblocks, and drive toward targeted solutions, and offer clients access to a supportive community to hold themselves accountable for individual results.

90 days Exec

The 90-Day Exec program focused on leadership development and operations mastery for nonprofit leaders who have held the Executive Director role for 2 years or less. The program includes an initial assessment to help new leaders identify strengths and areas of improvement.

Erica M. Roberts

Founder, President and Principal Program Designer

Erica Roberts is a decorated executive, business owner, and certified coach with an enthusiasm for discovering and realizing the potential for others, specifically pertaining to career success and entrepreneurship. During her career as a federal government executive, she amassed an acclaimed portfolio of organizational development solutions. In 2018, she was approved for Senior Executive Service by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Erica draws upon over 15 years of experience leading change, developing people, and delivering results to guide clients toward professional empowerment. In 2019, Erica launched the E-Suite Academy, which prepares career women to initiate their professional empowerment journeys by identifying and pursuing a transition path - including career advancement, career change, and/or entrepreneurship. In the same year, she created the HBCU Pathways Program, a year-round program designed to expose high school students to post-secondary education and career options BEFORE they choose a major or college. Erica earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Florida A & M University. She is a Certified Professional and Executive Coach and a Project Management Professional. Erica remains active in several professional and community organizations, including the National Black MBA Association (Former Chapter President & National Advisory Council), African-American Federal Executive Association, Project Management Institute, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
