The 90-Day Exec program focused on leadership development and operations mastery for nonprofit leaders who have held the Executive Director role for 2 years or less, and for those who have never had the benefit of formal training and preparation. The program includes an initial assessment to help new leaders identify strengths and areas of improvement. Over the course of 3 months, new executive directors will access weekly content including powerful training videos and assignments. Participants are held accountable through weekly group coaching AND monthly 1-on-1 leadership coaching with our seasoned nonprofit leaders. As a bonus, participants will receive a membership to Maryland Nonprofits, to receive discounts on the annual conference, and ongoing training!
